“It is a timed experience. They guide you through each activity. Bring your swimsuit. They provide shower shoes and a wrap (which acts as a robe) and a towel. Bring lotion as none was provided. Also I recommend not wearing makeup because they provided a face clay (and body clay). My favorite part was the steam room.”

“Kind of a fun modern take on a Roman bath. Lots of watery, sauna type experiences to start then the massage. The massage was excellent and it was very interesting overall. Would recommend o. A rainy day on the Amalfi coast.”
